2. Review my Services
I will email you my list of services with a description and baseline pricing. You can also view this information on my website on the “Home” page. This will help you get an idea for how much help you are looking for, for your next event!

3. Schedule a Free Consultation
We can chat about how you envision your event and which package you are interested in. After I get more information from you, I can create a customized proposal for you.

4. Review Proposal
I will send you a customized proposal for you to review. You can add on other services or make changes to the proposal. I want to provide the right support for you and accommodate your budget.

5. Sign the Contract and Pay the Deposit
Last step! Read through and sign the contract and pay the nonrefundable 35% deposit. Then, we plan!

Customize floor plans, seating chat, event layout, and overall flow of event
Decor mock ups and any other design elements

4. Finalize Logistics and Timeline
Create a DETAILED vendor and event timeline and communicate it with everyone involved in the event. Do a final walkthrough and venue visit to ensure nothing gets missed!

5. Setup and Execution
The day is finally here! Coordinate with venue staff and lead all setup, execution, and tear down.

6. Post Event Work
After the event has gone off without a hitch, I will make sure all final invoices get distributed and wrap everything up for you so there are no lose ends! This will be a great time for you time right reviews for all your vendors!
